If you read these pages regularly, you know I’ve been using the Olloclip for some time now. Well, the game just got improved with the new Olloclip 4-IN-1.  Still made of aircraft grade aluminum and still just as stylish looking, they’ve now added a second macro magnification.

After the CES show, I had the opportunity to test their Quick Flip case which is ideal for a couple reasons.  First, it obviously protects your phone; but the corner covering your lens quickly flips up 90 degrees, enabling you to quickly slide on your Olloclip lens without removing it from the case.

Even better for you iPhone videographers, the case comes with two ¼”x20 machine-threaded holes in the adapter so you can attach your iPhone to a tripod. After watching my iPhone fly six feet to the ground when other “so-called” iPhone holders didn’t work, this is a comforting thought. With the two mounting holes, you can shoot either landscape or portrait mode.
