Is an African safari on your bucket list? If so, Kenya’s Masai Mara may be the best known and the most beautiful of Africa’s national reserves. It is one of the last places where vast numbers of animals can be seen in their own habitat. The wildlife is simply spectacular!

Africa is a very magical place that is rapidly going through a lot of changes right now and this is the time to go!  The incredible wildlife, which has roamed the continent for thousands of years, is being poached at the highest rate in history, with no end in sight.  To help bring awareness to this crisis, I am leading two special photo safaris to Kenya in the New Year.  Cleveland.com recently featured my trips in the Sun Newspapers and on-line, complete with a photo gallery.

Choose from two unique 8 day photo safaris in 2015: The Big Cat Safari takes place during the “off migration” season after the wildebeest have migrated south, leaving all the resident cats and other plains animals, and big cat viewing at this time of year is superb. The Annual Migration Safari watches hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebra crossing the Mara River, with resident Nile crocodiles, on their trip from Tanzania into Kenya. On both safaris there will be plenty of opportunity to see animals like cape buffalo, elephants, leopards, giraffes, lions, zebras, birds and cheetahs.

The first trip takes place February 14 and there are two spots remaining.  Details can be found at www.PetersPhotoSafaris.com and on Facebook at Peter’s Photo Safaris.

if ounded peters

I founded Peter’s Photo Safaris to help promote the conservation and preservation of Africa’s wildlife by introducing our guests to the magical continent of Africa.  We are able to enjoy these magnificent animals in their natural habitat.  However, their lives are threatened and they need our help.  If something isn’t done soon to turn the tide on the wildlife poaching and illegal wildlife trade, these animals might not be around for our children and grandchildren to enjoy.

My goal is to provide a highly personalized safari experience. Whether you like to capture photos in your mind or with a camera, I can help you capture the experience of a lifetime and create memories of one of the most special places on Earth that will last forever.  Think about joining me in 2015 and moving a trip to Africa to the top of your bucket list.

I believe that one person can make a difference and I’m trying to make a difference 6 people at a time.  I am hoping that my guests will fall in love with Africa, just like I did, and want to try and make a difference in their own way.
