Spent the evening with Top Chef Spike Mendelsohn watching him turn out pizzas of all types, calzones and sweetzas (that’s a dessert pizza.) Five minutes to pre-heat and 5 minutes to bake at 650 degrees – crazy fast. Coming spring 2015.
