Cushe Dawn Patrol is something I first became aware of in September and they haven’t been off my feet much since then. (No, I don’t wear them to bed!!!) Casual, stylish, ready for anything. They make the perfect slip-on-and-forget-them footwear.
Cushe (pronounced Cushy) has been perfecting their craft for 10 years now and they are nothing if not attentive to the details. Each new introduction has something special going for it and it all relates back to feeling good about life and feeling good on your feet.
The Dawn Patrol is great for around the house or for those unexpected invitations to hit the great outdoors. They are made with a lightweight sole molded of EVA – the same stuff you find in ski boots, bike seats and boxing gloves. Despite its lightweightness, the molded- in hexagonal tread pattern in the underside makes for great gripping power when climbing. Lightweight but firm enough to not notice when walking over gravel. Good stuff!
The interiors are breathable canvas with a microfiber sock. That means comfortable enough to wear with or without socks.
The Dawn Patrol comes with a choice of three different leather tops: Black, Brown or Dark Grey in whole sizes from 7 to 13. I found them to be very true to the size I expected.
