This new Brio Safe Outlet can distinguish between an electrical device and a child or a pet, so no more shocks from baby as he sticks things where they don\u2019t belong. This is all done instantly with a series of microelectronics and advanced IR sensors.<\/p>\n

In addition, the new Brio Home Safety System, through a network of wireless sensors positioned through the home, can alert you to things like smoke, carbon monoxide (CO) and water leaks.<\/p>\n

Any of these hazards can alert you immediately through a mobile app.\u00a0 Right now it\u2019s going through a Kickstarter campaign, and you can expect delivery of the Brio Safe outlets in May and the Brio Smart Outlets in August.<\/p>\n
