The V.Alrt is a small round button, about 1-1\/4\u201d in diameter and 3\/8\u201d thick.\u00a0 It can be worn in a wristwatch style band or can be hung around the neck as a pendant. Accessories are available (not included) so you can also wear it as a tie clip, money clip or pocket clip.<\/p>\n

It uses a standard CR2032 battery so it doesn\u2019t need to be recharged like most USB devices.<\/p>\n

It works on Bluetooth technology, so it must be paired with a compatible phone.\u00a0 Apps are available for iOS and Android.\u00a0 Location services must be turned on your device for the location portion to be sent.\u00a0V.ALRT works on iPhone\u00ae4s\/IOS 7 or newer and any smartphone using Android 4.3 or newer with Bluetooth\u00ae 4.0.<\/span><\/p>\n

When activated by either a push of the button or by a fall, it can SMS message up to three contacts, send the GPS location and call three people with an emergency message.<\/p>\n
