Once you grab the neck of the Jamstik, finger a cord and strum; you\u2019ll appreciate that you aren\u2019t holding a toy guitar at all.\u00a0 Sounds, feels and strums like the real thing. So how did Jamstik do it?<\/p>\n

First, they took a 16\u201d plastic guitar neck and made it indestructible (mostly.)\u00a0 Adding six authentic metal guitar strings and five authentic frets, they have set it up such that it tunes itself \u2013 no retuning necessary. A virtual capo lets you extend the frets up or down. Since most accomplished guitar players can play all their chords within five frets, a longer neck isn\u2019t necessary.<\/p>\n
