The operation is so simple \u2013 anyone can take up grilling and be assured of success.\u00a0 Simply plug in the grill, allow the barbeque grate to pre-heat for 10 minutes and place your food on the grill. Your food is cooked by infrared heat elements on the sides of the unit. Flip once during the cooking process, then serve and enjoy.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve experimented with both pork chops and chicken and both were amazingly juicy, tender and more importantly, flavorful. \u201cSome of the best chicken breasts I\u2019ve ever grilled,\u201d was one of my favorite comments.<\/p>\n

Two grills for variety<\/b><\/p>\n

With model HD6372, you actually get two separate grill surfaces \u2013 one for delicate vegetables and the heavier grate for your meats.\u00a0 The heavier one requires 10 minutes to preheat while the other only requires 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

Taking the food off the grill, it\u2019s impossible to tell the food was cooked inside.\u00a0 You\u2019ll get grill marks just like cooking outside \u2013 without the accompanying pneumonia.<\/p>\n

The settings are super simple as well \u2013 OFF \u2013 WARM \u2013 ON. That\u2019s it \u2013 no adjustments needed. It always cooks at a steady 446\u00b0F which produces a reputed 80% less smoke.\u00a0 The high intensity infrared heating elements quickly sear your meat \u2013 sealing in the juices.<\/p>\n

\"Philips<\/p>\n

I actually only saw one small whiff of smoke during the entire prep. The warm setting will keep food warm after cooking if you aren\u2019t ready to serve immediately.<\/p>\n

Cleanup is a snap as well.\u00a0 Pop the grill surface and the drip tray in the dishwasher and merely wipe down the rest of the interior with a damp rag. The grill is non-stick and cleans quite easily.<\/p>\n

The grill also comes with a cookbook and some delicious looking recipes.\u00a0 We\u2019re picking up ingredients to try a couple of them this weekend.<\/p>\n
