If you\u2019ve ever wanted to capture your real-time drawing or sketching, RoWrite<\/a> has heard your wish.\u00a0 Royole Corporation\u2019s newest product does just that, and does it with ease.<\/p>\n

\"RoWrite<\/p>\n

The RoWrite portfolio holds a pad of paper approximately 6\u201d wide and 9\u201d top-to-bottom, along with a pen that uses regular ink. Capable of 2048 force-touch sensitivity, each stroke of the pen is recorded as accurately as possible for highly detailed rendering.<\/p>\n

The portfolio itself is approximately 8-1\/2\u201d x 11\u201d and has a nice fabric textured finish that projects a quality image. The cover folds back on itself for handy notetaking. Pockets on the inside cover will hold an additional pad, business cards, etc.<\/p>\n

The RoWrite is the first pen to digital product that I\u2019ve used that doesn\u2019t lag or skip when writing at a quick clip.\u00a0 Write or draw and the pad will capture each stroke.\u00a0 The pen uses an enclosed AAAA battery but standard pen refills will work.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

All your writing or drawing is captured in one of two ways \u2013 either to the built-in memory of the portfolio or if you have your phone, it can be captured to the RoWrite app.<\/p>\n

With the app, you can select from a choice of writing instruments with adjustable line widths, and add up to 20 colors.\u00a0 Digital erasing is possible as well.\u00a0 Sketch in black ink on your pad and then add color in the app later if you like.<\/p>\n

Want to really impress your friends? Send them a video so they can watch your creation from start to finish \u2013 all from within the app.\u00a0 Apps are available for both Android and iOS devices.<\/p>\n

When you are completed with a drawing, you can save to the portfolio, to your phone with the app, or to any of a number of cloud services like Dropbox, Evernote, One Note, and Google Drive.<\/p>\n

My only regret with the product is that the enclosed two pads of paper are not perforated or designed for the sheets to be removed.\u00a0 Trying to tear out a sheet left me with ragged edges along the top.<\/p>\n
