This is a packaged bundle of beyerdynamics\u2019s Fox USB microphone, DT770 Pro headphones (32 Ohms) and Cubase recording software. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fox USB-C Microphone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fox USB microphones combine the power from your computer with 24 bit 96 kHz studio quality sound, just like you were in a recording studio. Note: when using with an Android phone, you\u2019ll need an OTG connector, and with an iPhone, you\u2019ll need a Lightning to USB camera adapter for the USB cable connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fox comes with a built in, tilting desk stand than can\nbe used as is or can be removed and attached to a standard thread microphone\nstand.  A slip on windshield is also\nincluded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the front of the unit are three controls:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mute button allows you to stop or restart recording sounds\nfrom the mike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mix dial controls the amount you hear from your microphone\nversus how much you hear from your computer, in real time, with zero latency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A volume dial controls the volume of all sounds going out to\nyour headphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below those three controls is an 1\/8\u201d jack for the\nheadphones so you can listen to yourself and your computer at the same time.\nThis is ideal when creating voiceovers while video editing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the back of the microphone, a gain switch can be set from\nlow to high. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fox has a cardiod (unidirectional) pickup pattern that\ndoes a great job blocking out sounds from behind the unit. Take a listen to my\nfar-from-ideal office (a.k.a. recording studio) and see how well it blocks out\nthe computer noise just inches away while recording. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
