\"High<\/a>The High Roller opened today, thrilling Las Vegas visitors and residents alike to a view of Vegas never before seen. The wheel is 550 feet tall and rotates once each 30 minutes. Tickets for the thirty minute ride cost $24.95 for daytime and $34.95 for night. Go to the front of the line with the Express Pass for $59.95.<\/p>\n

The High Roller is the feature attraction of the LINQ, Las Vegas’ newest outdoor dining, entertainment and shopping district. Riders will certainly enjoy the air-conditioned Italian-handbuilt, glass wrapped cabins with 360-degree views. Each car can hold a maximum of 40 people.<\/p>\n

\"High<\/a><\/p>\n

Group reservations are available so you could rent a single car for a wedding, bachelor or bachelorette party. Quantities of ten or more get a discount. Catering and liquid refreshments are available as well. Souvenirs – sure, they’re definitely available as well.<\/p>\n

More than 2,000 LED lights illuminate the giant wheel making it visible from all over Las Vegas. Changing colors create a light show from dawn to early morning. Inside the cars, eight flat screen monitors play video and music for riders entertainment (and might we guess, some ads as well?)<\/p>\n
