You never know when you’ll discover someone in serious trouble, so keep these “hotline” numbers handy.

Every smartphone these days has a ‘Notes’ function or Note app available. My suggestion right now is to cut and paste the following hotline numbers into a note entitled HOTLINE NUMBERS. Then, if ever needed, you’ll be able to pull it up immediately and initiate help yourself, or be able to give the number to someone who might desperately need it.

Runaway Hotline for children/teens who have, or are considering running away 1-800-RunAway or 1-800-876-2929

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 800-273-8255.
The StrongHearts Native Helpline for domestic/sexual violence is available 7am-10pm CT, confidential, and specifically for Native communities: 1−844-762-8483.
The Trans LifeLine for peer support for trans folks 9am-3am CT: 877-330-6366. This hotline is staffed exclusively by trans operators is the only crisis line with a policy against non-consensual active rescue.
National Parent Helpline Monday -Friday 12pm-9am CT emotional support and advocacy for parents: 1-855.4A.PARENT (1-855-427-2736).
Saved in America (a private group dedicated to recovering missing children) Their Tip Hotline is 760-348-8808.
