Of all the social concerns in the world, my passion has been that of stopping human trafficking, and there are a couple of special dates coming up related to this fight against trafficking.
January 11 is the National Day of Human Trafficking Awareness.
February 8 is the feast day of St. Josephine Bakhita, patron saint of trafficking, which falls on the World Day of Prayer, Reflection and Action against Human Trafficking.
For this month, the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Orange, have prepared a calendar with a “prayer for each day” that could be offered up for victims of trafficking.
If you’d care to join me, feel free to click on the calendar below to view or print the full-sized calendar.

In my own life, I’ve seen the power of prayer and I know the Lord is listening. Please join me, expect good things from Him and pray like you expect a miracle. You may never know the individual that is saved, but trust that He will answer your prayers.
