Fortunately that&#8217;s what they propose to do with some serious penalties for those involved.  For example, according to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs46.com\/news\/new-legislation-targets-human-trafficking\/article_2ef7e9c0-5f65-11eb-b875-4fa3b705e733.html\"> this report from CBS46 News<\/a>, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"color:#32373c;background-color:#209cef\" class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-notice gb-font-size-18 gb-block-notice\" data-id=\"f1a1c7\"><div class=\"gb-notice-title\" style=\"color:#fff\"><p>Propsed legislation<\/p><\/div><div class=\"gb-notice-text\" style=\"border-color:#209cef\"><p>New legislation would act as a voice for the voiceless.<\/p><p>Legislation 1 H.B. 823:<\/p><p>&#8211; Lifetime commercial driver&#8217;s license ban on anyone convicted of trafficking<\/p><p>Legislation 2 H.B. 911:<\/p><p>&#8211; Strengthens penalties for offenses of sexual misconduct by a foster parent.<\/p><p>Legislation 3 S.B. 435:<\/p><p>&#8211; Allow victims of human trafficking to change their names to protect their privacy.
