We applaud the agencies that work collaboratively to hold sex offenders accountable today and every day.\u201d<\/p><p><em>Sondra Miller, President and CEO of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cLaw enforcement operations like Operation Fouled Out are not successful without the work of many stakeholders.
