At least that\u2019s my excuse for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I feel bad, because every day we hear about more violence and destruction in Ukraine, causing so many more people to flee and become modern-day refugees.\u00a0 Searching for a safe haven, many are taking long, arduous, and dangerous trips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But they aren\u2019t the only ones.&nbsp; Others may be fleeing gang violence, devastating climate change, famine, and extreme poverty.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever the reason, please join with me in praying for them. In every case, these people are vulnerable to human traffickers who promise a way out, only to later subject them to even worse conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter
