I’ve gotta say this is my new go-to hoodie. While I like a number of sweatshirts that I have with hoods, this is the perfect weight for three-season wear. Light enough to wear even when it’s in the 60s, but really comes in handy when it drops to freezing and below. So soft, you’ll want to wear it as a base layer. Love the full zipper and the vest pocket that nicely holds my phone.

Having the right equipment at home, sure makes it easier to keep up with an exercise routine. My concern was not having the space for a weight bench and a complete set of weights. But then, (drumroll) I was approached by Flybird Fitness to see if I would be interested in trying out their FB 149 weight bench and 25# dumbbell package.
The bench has 10 settings for maximum workout positions and exercises. Switches in seconds. Rated for 700-800#. I doubt I’ll ever be able to verify that 🙂
The two adjustable dumbbells adjust in 5# increments from 5 to 25#. A slight twist of the wrist engages just the right number of discs for your needs. Takes the place of 10 dumbbells.
When I ordered it, I checked the folded dimension, which is only 30x16x9, thinking that I could store a 9″ wide bench next to my desk. Lo and behold, I didn’t even need to fold it up. It fits perfectly under my standing desk. But there’s more, I can set the bench perfectly horizontal and use it as a bench to sit a the desk by lowering it to standard desk height. Couldn’t be more perfect.
Save by buying the bundle – get the bench and the weights together, or buy either one alone.
